Clinical Assessments

Phreesia ensures that all patients are properly screened and eliminates the manual work involved in the administration of clinical assessments. During check-in, Phreesia electronically administers validated clinical assessments to relevant patients based on their individual characteristics. Patient responses are automatically scored and communicated to the physician via the Patient Report, CPT codes are provided to streamline billing and the completed assessments become part of the EMR.
